The soul is the core of who we are. It is the true you and all within you. The things that impact our soul include your emotions, physical wellbeing, relationships, work and your spiritual life. Our soul is not our personality or just our spirit, it is the life in our body. Caring for the soul is the intentional practice of integrating all aspects of the human experience. If one area is not well, our soul may not be well. Each part needs care, each part needs recovery. Each part needs a life with God.
The soul needs space, depth and time.
