About Our Program

   In the Guided PACE Program, we’ll explore the basics of how overwhelming experiences shape our brain. How trauma is any experience that leaves you feeling overwhelmed and unable to cope. How our minds develop negative thought and behavior patterns as a result. In our online self paced program we’ll cover four proven pillars of a healthy mind and personality theories in a simple, easy-to-follow resilience building approach. We’ll guide you through PACE, which means… how we learn and form Patterns, make sense through Awareness, Connect to others, and Engage matters for our whole life.

   The Guided PACE Program has included concepts from Dan Seigel and Richard J Davidson, drawing on their work in brain science. You begin learning about states of mind, our window of tolerance, conscious awareness, attunement, and repair with others.  Then, you will begin to practice tools and homework, that will slowly rewire patterns and grow resilience. As you move through modules discovering your Guided PACE Styles, you will gain even more understanding and empathy as you relate to yourself and others. You can become conscious of your patterns and begin balancing them and find resilient hope and joy coming back to these concepts whenever you need them.
